211 Yesterday’s Leftovers

Who gets the leftovers? It is becoming clear to me that we are not to stay attached to the past, even yesterday. This letting go includes both our failures and successes. Both will limit us. Now is the only time we have in this life. We can sow seeds of abundance or lack and limitation. It is ok to see how the past opened and closed the doors for us, but it is not OK to dwell on them. We cannot be fully nourished on what is not, the past. "…give us this day our daily bread" I am grateful for the past nourishment both what worked and what didn’t, but our Father's abundance does not call for leftovers. Our Father is a God of the living not the dead, that’s why we need to worship Him here and now in Spirit (consciousness) and Truth (reality of now). Instead of sharing our vine ripe fruit of the day to often our love one get the leftovers.

1. Where do you most often dwell; in the past, future or the here and now?

2. How can you increase your ability to dwell in the here and now?

Random Awakening

Look to this day, for it is life, the very life of life. In its brief course lie all the realities and verities of existence, the bliss of growth, the splendor of action, the glory of power.
