316 During Meditation

I was setting in my chair doing my centering prayer last night, sometime during my meditation I went to sleep. I awakened after a good night’s sleep doing centering prayer as if I had been doing it all night long. I had no idea what time it was. Discursive Meditation; proceeding to a conclusion through reason rather than intuition, is part of my morning prep work. To visualizing or co-creating my day is fruitful for me. I often use this type meditation to help set the tone for my centering prayer leading to contemplation meditation, that intuitive communication with our Father within. When I finished my prayers and meditation I opened my eyes and looked at the clock, it was time to get up. I realize how important my prep work is each day. Every moment of our life is infinitely creative; there are no neutral thoughts or feeling. Let our request be simple and clear co-creating, focusing on our heart desires. However it will come to us in the way our Father intended. I believe He placed our true heart’s desires within us, which may differ from our outlining. It is wise to put the disclaimer; if it is Your Will please, if not please, please, please don’t give it to me. I choose to interrupt my day by turning to our Father seeking His Will, Love and guidance. Our Father often speaks to us in our dreams and visions and in many other ways. He demonstrates His presence in what we call life. He is Life. He is Love. He is. Thy Love, Thy Will be done.

Random Awakening

“I would like to have the same intense desire for God in the morning as I do for my wakeup cup of coffee.”
