408 Day 8 of a 40-Day Practice

This is Day Eight of Lou-is' 40-Day feasting on his individual heart's desire, which is something he wants to attain and to fast from everything, which is unlike it. This project is to build the Spiritual, mental, physical, emotional and social equivalent or container to enable him to change and keep that change, by practice. TODAY: A GOOD CASE FOR PRACTICING


MY MISSION STATEMENT - I am devoted, dedicated, committed to experiencing Your Presence, Father consciously, consistently within me and everywhere present. I want to know, to realize, to live for Your Will for me, empowered by Your loving grace. My mission in now clear, I need, I want to share all I am given with whomever You Will, Father. I look to You as my only Source to provide me with everyone and everything it takes to carry out the Mission You gave me. Thank You.


The more I practice those things I want and need to practice as a way of life do I realize the quality of my life experience improves, broadens and expands. As I practice the primary characteristics my Mission Statement in my daily life the more I get back into a useful, wiser and loving solution. My Mission’s most important elements, Forgiveness, Teaching, Healing, Loving, Enriching, Empowering, Enlightening, Communicating and Co-creating. Consciously and consistently practicing my Mission Statement the best I can in all areas of my life offers me the possibility of a long-term healing. That is far more important to me than any immediate experience or fix. If I am consistent in my practicing these characteristics long enough, say 40-Days I will have a jump-start on those becoming a habit of thought and feeling. That becomes part of my personal "reality", my Filter System.

Yes I understand that it is just a start, but when I have followed this way of life to change even a single area of my life experience, it worked. If I practice anything good or bad long enough and consistently enough it will become a habit. Once it is a habit it will run on automatic until I call it into question. I would love to have my Mission Statement's characteristics running on automatic in place of some negative stuff I have cause to become habits.

Random Awakening

I just sat there watching and listening to the ebb and flow of the tide for hours. At some point my emotional disaster broke and a peace came over me.
